Hand in hand with the management team or program team leads, you will be working at the nexus of Talent, Tech & Capital for social impact. For a period of 1 year, you will be entrusted the management of projects related either to the strategy surrounding the Ako Adjei Park project or to business support programs we will be implementing when you arrive at the Hub.

Please note that your final responsibilities will be determined upon current needs but also based on your interest - if you have a unique expertise, we would like to see whether we can tailor a mission for you.

We want to offer you a mutual learning experience where you bring your ideas, skills and passion to critical projects, gaining hands-on experience and connecting with bold thinkers and innovators. Expect to have both responsibility and autonomy in your work.

You will have a one year engagement contract, with a possibility of renewal. We have a spot ready for you but we can discuss the possibility to work from remote locations should it match better with your unique constraints. You would however be expected to participate in an onboarding training on site -  to take the temperature of the Hub and acquaint yourself with our team, culture and vibe.
